We are a management-owned independent research and advisory boutique with a focus on assets from Poland. Our role is to provide our client with analysis that are independent from brokerage and leading advisory and audit companies at polish market.
Our team consists of professionals with long capital market experience in the CEE region.

Independent investment advisory/research
We provide broker-independent research on companies that are headquartered in CEE Europe. Our main focus is on mid- and smallcaps, an area, which is not always on the radar of brokerage houses of leading financial institutions. We strongly belive that broker-independent research can be very helpful for companies when it comes to increasing their market visibility and liquidity. And can be valuable to investors when it comes to making decisions whether to join the IPO or purchase stocks on the secondary market.
In addition to analysis of single companies, which can be either sponsored or fully independent, we also offer sector and asset classes reports, especially represented by ETFs.
Advisory in management
We advise our clients on general business management. This includes the overall organizational structure, creating business strategies and business plans, managing portfolios of financial assets and conducting corporate governance according to the highest standards.
Valuation of diverse assets
Our offering is complemented by valuation services as well as corporate finance advisory, which we are able to offer our clients. It concerns market valuation of a particular asst as well as determining the value of a financial asset for the purposes of reporting or preparing a financial statement. Ot focus here is on equity, debt and fx products.
ESG advisory
We advise our clients on the management of ESG-related issues. Our advice includes the analysis of regulatory requirements resulting from ESG regulations, preparation for reporting and preparation of non-financial statements, identification of ESG risks and their management. We help our clients quantify the impact of ESG risks on their portfolios and business, e.g. by calculating the carbon footprint of assets.
Training
We offer a variety of training courses in the field of financial markets and instruments, banking and ESG. Training courses are often customized to best meet the needs of our clients.
